The goal of Kruitfunding is to help people who cannot afford fireworks due to financial circumstances still enjoy New Year's Eve celebrations. Every donation also helps keep Vuurwerk Pyro's United free, up-to-date and accessible for all fireworks enthusiasts.
For many people, New Year's Eve is one of the most enjoyable moments of the year. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to purchase fireworks. Through Kruitfunding, we aim to make a difference together with the fireworks community. Every contribution, large or small, helps make fireworks enjoyment possible while keeping Vuurwerk Pyro's United freely available to everyone.

What Is Kruitfunding?
Kruitfunding is a community initiative by Vuurwerk Pyro's United. Through voluntary donations, we help fireworks enthusiasts who are facing financial difficulties while ensuring that Vuurwerk Pyro's United remains free and accessible for everyone.
Every contribution supports these goals. Together, we help make New Year's Eve special for more people while keeping one of the largest fireworks platforms in the Netherlands, Belgium and Europe available for all enthusiasts.
How Does Kruitfunding Work?
Fireworks enthusiasts can make a voluntary donation through our donation page. The funds received are used to support people who cannot afford fireworks themselves. In addition, donations contribute to the maintenance, security and development of Vuurwerk Pyro's United.
This means that you are not only helping fellow fireworks enthusiasts, but also contributing to the future of a free fireworks community used by thousands of visitors every day.
Kruitfunding Last Season
During the previous season, a total of €523.33 was raised thanks to the support of the community. These donations helped fireworks enthusiasts enjoy New Year's Eve while also supporting the continued development of Vuurwerk Pyro's United.
Kruitfunding Will Continue In The Future
Kruitfunding was created with the belief that everyone should be able to enjoy New Year's Eve celebrations. That is why we intend to continue Kruitfunding in the years ahead.
The nationwide ban on consumer fireworks will significantly change the Dutch fireworks market from the 2026-2027 New Year's season onwards. However, this does not mean the end of Kruitfunding.
When Category F2 fireworks are no longer available to consumers, we plan to focus Kruitfunding on F1 fireworks packages and other suitable initiatives for fireworks enthusiasts.
This way, people facing financial difficulties can continue to enjoy New Year's Eve, while the fireworks community continues to support one another.
Donations will also continue to contribute to the maintenance, security and development of Vuurwerk Pyro's United, ensuring that our platform remains free and accessible to everyone.
